The specific services, fees, and any state fees for your order will be shown to you before you pay.

We are not a law firm, and our services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney, accountant, or tax professional. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using our services.

4. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you are authorized to act for the company named in your order and to authorize us to submit filings on its behalf.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and approve.
• You agree to review each filing summary we send you and to tell us promptly about any errors before you approve it.

5. Authorization and approval

We submit a filing only after you approve it. By approving a filing, you authorize us to submit it to the applicable state agency with the information shown in your summary.

6. Fees and payment

Our service fees and any state fees are presented separately before payment. State fees are set by the state, are paid to the state on your behalf, and are not controlled by us. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.

7. Timing and state processing

We aim to submit approved filings promptly. Processing times, acceptance, and outcomes are determined by the state agency. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or fees caused by state systems, incomplete or inaccurate information, or late approval.

8. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive messages about your filing status and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability
